Media Enquiries

Our media team deals with enquiries from local, regional and national media, working very hard to provide a timely response to any enquiries.

For media enquiries about incidents we may have attended, contact the news desk on enquiries@edmsmedical.org or 01206 299441.

Out of hours media support is available for larger scale events and can be reached on 01206 299441. Please note that this is not a dedicated line and there may not be someone who can deal with your enquiry immediately.

If you are writing a story about an incident/EDMS and require a quote from us, please contact us on the above number. A member of our team will be happy to take your details and pass onto the most appropriate person. Please note we may be unable to give exact details surrounding an incident due to data protection laws.

Enquiries relating to incidents that have occurred longer than a week, less serious incidents or day to day queries will be dealt with during office hours. Please email us using enquires@edmsmedical.org and we will get back to you as soon as is feasibly possible. We aim to answer all queries from the media within 3 working days.
