Chief Operating Officer

As part of the expansion and development of EDMS, we are pleased to advertise for the above new position. The Chief Operating Officer will be responsible for all of the business, corporate, operational, resourcing and Management of EDMS as well as taking responsibility for the delivery of the business agenda set by the new Strategic Senate Group (SSG). This is a full time post of 37.5 hours per week.

Salary: £30k – £40k (Depending on skills and experience)

We are looking for a trained and qualified person with proven business and management experience who can motivate, direct, lead and empower our organisation into the next phase of growth. The postholder will need to be confident in demonstrating high levels of leadership, negotiation and people skills as well as being able to meet a range of key performance indicators set by the SSG.

The successful candidate will lead a team of key staff who will be responsible for the day to day operations of EDMS.
